Cindy Landham, CWC
Wellness Coach
Cindy has been a pastor’s wife for 44 years. She struggled with over-eating, food-obsession, chronic dieting, weight gain and body-disdain for 35 years.
She’s been free of this exhausting struggle for 20 years now!
Her joy over this freedom led her to leave her teaching career and become a wellness coach for disordered eaters 15 years ago.
She has developed a powerful roadmap that has helped thousands successfully become mindful, intuitive and body-respectful again, as God intended.
Cindy received her coaching training and certification from Wellcoaches, a global leader in science based and high impact coaching.
She studied under Dr. M. May, founder of AmIHungry?, a nationally known expert in mindful eating.
Cindy is the author of the book, The Liberated Eater.
Her mission:
- To empower people to take charge of their lives.
- To reach – and keep – the level of health they want to enjoy.
- To move from addictive behavior to freedom, from shame to respectful acceptance, from despair to hope, and from harmful habits to a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
